How Moderando handles your data, AI and access

To provide the service, Moderando processes account information, the session and workshop details you enter, generated agendas and facilitator guidance, session notes, decisions, action items, follow-up reports, subscription metadata, and standard technical and security information.

You retain ownership of the content you enter. Moderando processes that content only as necessary to provide and operate the service, subject to the Terms and Privacy Policy.

• Private areas require authentication.
• Access is limited according to account and workspace permissions.
• Server-side authorisation and row-level access controls protect account data.
• Administrative access is restricted to authorised roles.

• OpenAI is used for session generation (production uses gpt-4.1-mini).
• AI requests are sent from the protected backend, not directly from your browser.
• Moderando does not train its own AI models using customer session content.
• Provider data-handling practices depend on provider terms and account settings.

AI-generated agendas, facilitator guidance and session materials are suggestions. Please review them before using them in a professional setting.

• Base44 provides application infrastructure.
• OpenAI processes AI generation requests.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Base44 services support email and platform analytics.
• Moderando does not store full payment-card details.

Further details about providers, data locations and retention are described in the Privacy Policy and updated as provider information is confirmed.

• Session content remains in your account until you delete it or an account-level request is processed.
• Deleting a session removes its linked records from the live Moderando database.
• Account deletion and data export requests can be sent to hello@moderando.com.
• Provider logs and backups follow provider retention practices.
